About Delaware Writers Studio

Delaware Writers Studio is held from 1:30-3:30 the 3rd Sunday of every month (with a few exceptions, noted in the calendar) at Kirkwood Library, 6000 Kirkwood Highway, Wilmington. Different writing-related things happen at the Writers Studio. Some writers offer hands-on workshops, while others prefer to offer presentations. There might be occasions where we have a free write or a free write with prompts. There are also events related to submitting poems and stories, submitting to writing contests, publishing, and more.

Presenting at Delaware Writers Studio:

If you’re interested in presenting a workshop, use the Contact page to submit your contact information and your presentation idea. Note that the Writers Studio is brand new and cannot yet pay presenters, but you are able to sell your books after your presentation.
